The Cock Tavern Pub Swords
The Cock Tavern pub is situated on Main Street Swords caters for an age group of over 25, the layout would be a traditional
wood finish bar/lounge. They provide a fine selection of ''Finger Food'' and the pub has a pleasant
atmosphere, the price of drink would be on the high side but this doesn't seem to put off the punters as it does a roaring
trade most nights. There is no form of entertainment except for television, it's owned by Smyths who also own a

September 2013. It seems the price of drink has come down a little since I wrote the above a few years ago. They have now
introduced some live music at week ends. No car parking for this pub. You park on the street or the car park on Chapel Lane. The Cock Tavern and The Slaughtered Lamb
also hold a series of Live Music evenings throughout the week (every Sunday and Thursday).
